Biography
Nassef Sawiris is an Egyptian billionaire with a net worth of $8.3 billion in 2022. He began his career overseeing construction work at Orascom Construction. His father gained management control of the company 3 years later and Nassef Sawiris became the CEO 3 years after that. Nassef Sawiris has become a key investor with valuable shares in Adidas, the sportswear brand, and Lafarge Holcim, the largest global cement maker. He also runs Dutch company OCI which is the largest fertiliser producer globally. His net worth his recently increased significantly as he became the co-owner of English football club, Aston Villa, with his business partner Wes Edens. Learn more about him here.
