Biography

Tiaan Bazuin is the Chief Executive Officer of Namibian Stock Exchange since 2013. He is an admitted Legal Practitioner in the High Court of Namibia and a business executive primarily focused on governance, regulatory and legal aspects in telecommunications, banking and capital markets and regulated exchanges. He has extensive experience in start-up business planning and execution as well as finance arrangement. Before joining Namibian Stock Exchange, he served as an executive in the Telecommuncations and banking industries. Tiaan currently also serves on the board of the Community Conservation Fund of Namibia and Chairs the Risk and Audit Committee of the Law Society of Namibia, he is a previous Chairman of the Namibia Employers Association.
