Biography

Thea Jamison is the founder and Managing Director of CHANGE Global Investment. Thea started her investment career in emerging and frontier markets in 1997. She has researched investment opportunities in over 90 countries and invested directly on 60 local stock exchanges. As such, Thea was one of the first institutional investors in Africa. Over her career, Thea has built out new firms focused on the emerging and frontier markets, as well as new emerging market strategies within established firms.
