Biography

Rodrigo Manso is Mitrelli’s Managing Director and CEO in Angola, where he leads the company’s largest market, managing a majority of Mitrelli’s workforce and overseeing projects that drive substantial impact.

With nearly 20 years at Mitrelli, Rodrigo has built and maintains close relationships with local leaders, combining his understanding of both Angola and the broader African market with a strategic approach that aligns with government objectives and financial institutions. He has successfully guided dozens of Mitrelli’s national-scale projects across key sectors, fostering economic and social growth through initiatives that benefit communities.

Before his current role, Rodrigo was the CEO of Mitrelli’s Urbanization Sector, where he spearheaded Angola’s leading housing initiative program with over 30,000 housing units and more than 200,000 beneficiaries, developing integrated urban communities to support economic and social advancement.

Throughout his career, Rodrigo has excelled across various sectors, including startups, IPOs, telecommunications, trade, and real estate. His leadership is characterized by a commitment to integrity, excellence, and achieving collective success.
Rodrigo holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a MBA in Finance.
