Biography

Nicholas is a Partner at Fincon Africa, a Financial Advisory Services firm that advises on Equity, Debt and Knowledge, with focus on African markets. He takes direct responsibility for the firm’s Debt and Knowledge businesses.

Prior to joining Fincon he delivered over 14 years of Commercial, Corporate and Private Banking, pioneering sales and risk management initiatives in a career that covered some of Uganda’s top Banks including Stanbic, Barclays, UBA and Ecobank. For 5 years prior to joining Fincon, Nick headed the Corporate Banking businesses of UBA and Orient Banks.

He is an International Trade Specialist (ITS) accredited by the Institute of Export (UK) and EBSI (Ireland), and holds a Degree in Commerce.

Nick volunteers with the Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship Program (TEEP), where he mentors young entrepreneurs across Africa.

He lives in Kampala, Uganda.
