Malebogo is a seasoned professional with a career spanning more than two decades in the diamond industry. Her leadership journey has seen her hold influential positions at leading diamond and mining companies, namely De Beers Group and Anglo American.

At the core of her professional career is a commitment to talent development. She likens this process to the art of revealing the hidden brilliance within individuals, akin to the careful cutting and polishing of rough diamonds into their exquisite final form. Throughout her career, Malebogo has consistently demonstrated her ability to developing talent, leading organisational transformation projects, ensuring enduring success for the organizations she has served.

Malebogo’s dedication to excellence has not gone unnoticed. In 2018, she received the prestigious Top 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining Award, a testament to her significant contributions to the industry.
