Biography

Lucio Frigo is an urban and cultural developer focussed on urban regeneration of historical cities, arts districts, cultural landscapes and heritage assets and operating across the MENA and Africa regions. Through his practice heritage and cultural assets are repositioned at the centre of contemporary lives – neglected areas are regenerated, historical assets are converted into cultural centres , boutique hotels, arts galleries and schools, and regions with immense cultural value are developed holistically while respecting natural ecosystems and history.
Lucio Frigo’s work has been covered in international media such as The Financial Times, exhibited in world-leading museums in the US and Europe.
