Jan-Erik provides strategic and operational pre- and post-deal advice for Corporates, Private Equity and other Investors in the Financial Service industry.

His transaction related work with leading global companies ranges from multi-country integration and carve-out development and execution, commercial and operational due diligence, target operating model and synergy case development, operational strategy and restructuring.

Jan-Erik is expert in Financial Service Growth markets with focus on FinTech. He is developing landscaping and segmentation studies and is supporting clients in market entry strategies, analysis of FinTech Business Models and Due Diligence and Integration support of FinTechs.

In addition he has advised Emerging Market Investors in Market Entry strategies, Value Creation in holding periods and Business strategies for Emerging Consumers, with focus on FinTech solutions.
