Biography

Harold Sibanda is a director of Wintron financial services p/l which is a micro finance company registered in Zimbabwe. He has been involved in micro finance since 2003. He has worked on designing the new skills training program for goat farmers that Wintron is currently undertaking in partnership with shalom project trust and has proved to be the epitome of engaging the goat producing farmers into an interesting goat production value chain in Zimbabwe. In addition, Mr Sibanda is a management consultant and holds a master of international administration from school for international training in Vermont, USA as well as a Bsc degree in politics and administration from the University of Zimbabwe.
