Elhadji Malick Soumare is an Investment Professional and an Accredited SME consultant with strong experience and knowledge of African markets and finance industry. He currently is Investment Manager at GroFin, a pioneering private development finance institution specialized in financing and supporting small and growing businesses (SGBs) across Africa and the Middle East by combining medium term loan capital and value-added business support. He used to be Investment Officer at Teranga Capital and Investment assistant at Advance Finance and Investment Group Funds, Private Equity firms (impact investing) fully dedicated to Small and Medium Enterprises in Sub-Saharan Africa. He also held Google ambassador responsibilities in Sub-Saharan Africa helping. El Hadji spent the early part of his SME support experience being highly devoted within ENACTUS, a global non-profit and community of student, academic and business leaders committed to using the power of entrepreneurial action to transform lives. Elhadji holds a Bachelor in Business Administration, an MA Corporate Finance and a Master degree in Financial Markets. He is a citizen of Senegal.
