Biography

Dr Bernard Oluwole Ilori (FCA, CISA, ACIT, ANIM, ACS)is the President/ CEO of MAxiyield Asset Management Ltd, one of the largest independedent Asset Management and Trust Organisation in Lagos. He was one time the Group CEO of Mutual Alliance Investment & Securities Limited, a company that specialises in financial services to corporate and individual clients. He has also worked with other organisations within the financial services industry among which are Zenith Bank Plc, First Bank of Nigeria Plc, NAL Bank Plc among others. He hold Doctorate Degree in Business Administration from Common Wealth University, Master Degree in Corporate Social Responsibility from London Graduate School and Masters Degree in Business Administration from The University of Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria,    He is an Fellow member, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Associate Member, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Associate Member, Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Associate Member, Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS) , A member of Information System Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and also a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA). He is an Alumni of Lagos Business School, Daystar Leadership Academy and also a merit award winner for academic excellence and an international conference speaker. He is also a member of The Nigerian British Chamber of Commerce.
