Biography

Christophe Bachelet is the Country Managing Partner and founding Partner of the Office of DLA Piper in Casablanca. He has over 25 years’ experience (half of which spent in Morocco) of helping a wide range of clients (PE Funds, State owned companies, sponsors and DFIs) in their Investment in Morocco and Africa.

Christophe is a member of the legal committee of Casablanca Finance City. He is a member of the Moroccan Association of Private Equity Investors (AMIC) where he delivers trainings on shareholders agreements and Investment agreements.

He is a member of the Elite Program in collaboration with the Casablanca Stock Exchange, assisting companies with their initial public offerings and PE Investments.
