Biography

Artem Sokol is the Global Director of Business Development at AZA Finance, an international fintech company that is accelerating economic growth in Africa through its best-in-class foreign exchange, payments, settlement, and treasury services.

A career fintech and e-commerce executive, Artem Sokol leads the company’s international sales, marketing and customer success teams. Before joining AZA Finance, Artem Sokol was Head of Partnerships at Payoneer, a payment platform for cross-border digital business, where he developed business in the European region by creating strong e-commerce, partnerships and banking infrastructure in more than 20 countries across Europe.

Artem Sokol brings 15+ years of experience in business development and marketing to AZA Finance, with previous senior roles at leading SaaS, fintech and media companies, and has launched startups in partnership with major brands such as UBER and Google.

Artem Sokol holds a Master’s degree in B2B Marketing from the National Technical University of Ukraine Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
