The American Chamber of Commerce in Cameroon (AmCham)

The American Chamber of Commerce in Cameroon (AmCham) is the premier organization promoting trade, investment, and good business practices between Cameroon and the U.S. through activities, interventions, and leadership. Since its creation in 1994 as a business club, AmCham has served as a hub for business intelligence and connections with the primary objective of developing USA-Cameroon trade ties. AmCham pursues policy initiatives at the highest government and business levels and provide valuable advocacy, information, networking, and business support. An affiliate of the New York-based U.S. Chamber of Commerce, it also maintains relations with business chambers and associations in Cameroon and across the world. With about 100 members and supporters, AmCham comprises businesses of all sizes and sectors from multinationals and large enterprises to SMEs.
