Biography

Nafisa is a Programme Manager at 2X Global, where she plays a key role in advancing the organization’s Certification product offering. With a strong background in management consulting and extensive experience in international development, Nafisa has developed expertise in sustainable finance, gender equality, and climate resilience. Prior to joining 2X Global, she worked as a Senior Consultant at Dalberg, working on projects that spanned Sub-Saharan Africa and Europe, focusing on critical areas such as impact investing, global health, agriculture, and gender.

Her experience also includes working with UNOPS, where she was responsible for evaluating private sector investments into sustainable and resilient infrastructure, ensuring alignment with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Nafisa holds a BSc in Civil Engineering and an MPhil in Engineering for Sustainable Development from the University of Cambridge.

Outside of her professional work, Nafisa is passionate about travel and is an enthusiastic sportswoman, seeking new adventures and challenges in both her personal and professional life.
