Biography

As Managing Director of KF Titrisation, Moustapha successfully managed the first securitisation transaction of Sonatel, the largest capitalisation in the West African market, with a successful FCFA 75 billion fund raising operation, notably with the participation of IFC and EAIF through Ninety One. in July 2024, KF Titrisation successfully completed its second securitisation transaction on behalf of Groupe Banque Atlantique for FCFA 91 billion. Previously, Moustapha has participated in the structuring and distribution of several key projects for governments and for major companies in the WAEMU zone (PAD, SENELEC etc.).
Moustapha is a driving force in the structuring of complex transactions in various industries.
