Biography

As the Global Sustainability Lead for AIMS International, Pentz O’Connor, together with her team members, spearheads initiatives aimed at embedding sustainability principles into the fabric of executive search and talent management. Her approach transcends traditional notions of corporate responsibility, advocating for a holistic integration of environmental, social, and governance factors into recruitment and indeed business practices. Under her leadership, AIMS International has embraced sustainability as a core value, aligning its operations with the principles of environmental stewardship and social equity. From implementing green recruitment practices to fostering diversity and inclusion in leadership appointments, Pentz O’Connor’s initiatives have assisted in positioning AIMS as a trailblazer in sustainable executive search. Especially passionate about Africa, she has been the Managing Partner South Africa since 2011 and also served on the AIMS Executive Board 2016 – 2022 representing the MEA region.
