Biography

Mr. Ayotte is a proven financial director and entrepreneur with 10+ years experience in financial and risk due diligence, Capital Markets deal structuring, and buy/sell-side M&A in diversified industries. He’s currently executive director of a Single Family Office covering PE and VC transactions in Africa, and Partner of a global VC platform. Mr. Ayotte held various roles in Capital Markets such as Head of Corporate Development for a Canadian listed investment firm, Director of Global Trade Finance at National Bank of Canada and associate of Institutional Trading at Toronto-Dominion Bank. Mr. Ayotte holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from McGill University and an MBA from the University of Toronto.
