Biography

Alain André has been creating technoparks and companies for more than 30 years; to his credit, some twenty technoparks have been created in Europe, Asia and Africa, creating thousands of direct innovative jobs and tens of thousands of indirect jobs; the recent examples of the Ivory Coast, Egypt and Morocco are a good illustration of the concept of technoparks that can be reproduced ad infinitum in Africa in order to no longer depend on the West.
