Biography

Lynda Amadagana is a lawyer registered with the Paris and Cameroon Bars.
Lynda Amadagana obtained her Master 2 in International and European Law with a specialization in International Environmental Law from the University of Paris Nanterre La Défense in 2010. Lynda has worked for several international law firms on projects and concessions in the energy sector as well as on project financing in Europe and Africa.
On the African continent, she is also involved in mining projects and large infrastructure projects in several OHADA member countries.
Lynda Amadagana worked as General Counsel of Cameroon Power Holdings, the investment subsidiary of Actis Fund in Cameroon, where she participated in the legal and strategic structuring of power generation and distribution projects. She was also a technical consultant to the Ministry of Water and Energy for the regulatory and institutional reform of the electricity sector in Cameroon.
